What if I need to change my order?

Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address

I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?

Once your order is completed you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, send us an email to and we'll send you a copy.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in the US on orders over $45. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

We ship from our warehouse located in South New Jersey

What is your return policy?

If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to  Zicci Socks within 30 days of receiving it and we will offer you exchange or  refund for the purchase price of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and doesn't include any delivery costs. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you have received a product which is faulty or defective please contact us at Please send us an image of your defective sock , with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks. Please Note:We know how exciting it can be to get a big package of socks in the mail, you just want to tear it open! However, please be very careful when opening your sock package, as we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns of socks with holes in them due to scissors from cutting your package open. Be careful!
  We will exchange the faulty item (if it’s unworn) once we receive it. All items must be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I set up a return or exchange?

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.


What materials do you use to make your socks?

Our socks are manufactured using quality   combed cotton.  . We also use a small percentage of elastane and polyamide to provide elasticity and resitance.

How should I wash my socks?

We recommend washing your socks with cold water and no bleach to preserve colors and maintain size and shape. They will last longer if you keep them out of the dryer. Colors will stay truer if you wash your socks inside-out. Avoid bleaching or ironing your socks. Avoid tumble drying. To remove the label from your new socks do not rip it off as this will damage your socks.

For men, the size :

   Smaller size    US 6-9 / EUR 38-42
   Larger size     US 9-13 / EUR 42-46

How do I choose the size for my socks (women)?

For women, the size:

Smaller size       US 5-8 / EUR 35-39

Larger size         US 8-11 / EUR 39-43
