Return and Exchange Policy


If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to  Zicci Socks within 30 days of receiving it and we will offer you exchange or  refund for the purchase price of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and doesn't include any delivery costs. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you have received a product which is faulty or defective please contact us at info@ziccisocks.com. Please send us an image of your defective sock , with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks. Please Note:We know how exciting it can be to get a big package of socks in the mail, you just want to tear it open! However, please be very careful when opening your sock package, as we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns of socks with holes in them due to scissors from cutting your package open. Be careful!
  We will exchange the faulty item (if it’s unworn) once we receive it. All items must be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
